NEW WORLD DOUBLE IPA 8,4%
This Double IPA is built around a bold, expressive hop profile with hops from the new world. Strata lays down layers of passionfruit and grapefruit, while Azacca brings waves of ripe mango and pineapple. Cashmere softens the profile with hints of peach and gentle florals, and Citra ties it all together with bright citrus zest and juicy tropical lift. Full-bodied and smooth, with a saturated hop aroma and a firm, balanced bitterness on the finish.
OLD WORLD DOUBLE IPA 8,4%
Old World showcases a vibrant, fruit-driven hop profile with a refined twist. Jester brings notes of blackcurrant and grapefruit, while Tango amplifies the citrus character with bright zest and sweet orange tones. Calista adds layers of red berries and stone fruit, and Mandarina Bavaria rounds it out with soft mandarin and delicate tangerine sweetness. Full-bodied and smooth, with a lush hop aroma. Juicy and aromatic with modern hops from the Old World.
