Our old school Imperial Stout with palm sap sugar is finally back, after 6 years of absence!
A full bodied but still balanced stout, with a backdrop of tropical flavors, from the palm sap sugar added during brewing. It is named after the archipelago where this type of sugar is produced, the volcano of Krakatau.
It is a whole dessert served on its own, but is also a dear friend to chocolate, vanilla, pineapple or coconut desserts.
