You'll get a chance to work in a unique environment where the brewery is located beside the gastopub where the whole team collaborates, from brewers, admin staff to the restaurant staff.

Besides being a really nice place to hang out, our Taproom is also an important place to spread the love for our extremely good beer (Kellerbier <3). Here we show off all the amazing things that happen in the brewery – and invite guests to share our passion for beer, food and a really good atmosphere. We want everyone who visits us to leave with a smile, regardless of whether they have been to a beer tasting with Dan, eaten something magically cooked by José, or just had a cold one at the bar with Oscar. Now we are looking for a new star who wants to be part of our little gang! You will mainly work in the restaurant on weekends, but also sometimes on weekday evenings. A perfect job if you are studying – or if you just like beer, people and wonderful evenings.

The role: Being a bar and service staff at os means that you are part of the bar and brewery puzzle, the link that connects the brewery industry with the hospitality industry in the restaurant world. We would like you to have a great interest in food and drink, an outgoing personality and a desire to learn more about beer (if you don't already know everything of course!). We want our staff who work with us to be as much a reason to visit us as to come to try our beer. You will report to our Front Of House and Event Manager. In addition to working in service and bar, you will also hold beer tastings for our booked guests. Our beer tasting activities are a central part of our business - and an important tool in our marketing. That's why we are looking for you who not only have an interest in beer, but also love to be in front of people, tell stories and guide our guests through the fantastic world of beer. You don't have to know everything from the start - the most important thing is that you are curious, communicative and confident in speaking in front of groups. We would like you to be educational, enthusiastic and have an easy time creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere during the tastings.

Job Responsibilities: Be part of the FrontOfHouse team and provide first-class service to all our guests. - Pour beer at the bar - Operate service and run with food on the floor - Assist with larger bookings - Hold tours of the brewery for booked groups - Hold beer tastings of the brewery's beers for booked groups About you: You have enjoyed running a lot on the floor before and on the wrong side of the bar, preferably for a few years before. - A dazzling personality - A great desire to learn more!
