Brewmasters x 3 Beer Dinner

Join us for a beer dinner the likes of which you’ve never seen before! Brewmasters Garrett Oliver (The Brooklyn Brewery), Wolfgang Lindell (E.C. Dahls Bryggeri) & Anders Wendler (Nya Carnegiebryggeriet) have carefully selected beers from their respective breweries to pair with five mouth-watering courses that Nya Carnegie head chef Luke Hurst has put together (see menu below).

Three beers (one from each brewery) will be served with each of the five dishes, and you – our honored guests – get to judge which beer is the best pairing. It’s a lot of beer and food, but we know you can handle it! 🙂

Like we always say, there’s nothing wrong with some good ole’ fashioned friendly competition between brewery siblings… 🙂

Brewmasters x 3 Beer Dinner Menu:

First course:
Tartare of beetroot with goat’s cheese from Löfsta Herrgårdsmejeri
malt crisp & Danish cress
Beer pairings: Pepra Saison (ECD), Tripel Burner (Brooklyn) & Newton (NCB)

Second course:
Crisp veal sweetbreads, chanterelles, bacon & veal jus
Beer pairings: Bolt IPA (ECD), Pendragon (Brooklyn) & 200W (NCB)

Third course:
Arctic char, zucchini & radishes in a broth of roasted shrimps & lemon
Beer Pairings: Lamo Wit (ECD), Kiwis Playhouse (Brooklyn) & FläderWit (NCB)

Fourth course:
Lamb shoulder baked for 12 hours, Jerusalem artichokes, yoghurt, herbs & dried olives
Beer pairings: Skatval (ECD), Topspin (Brooklyn) & Krakatau (NCB)

Fifth course:
“Apple pie” with hazelnut ice cream
Beer pairings: Chipotle Chili Chocolate Porter (ECD), Hand & Seal Cognac Edition 2014 (Brooklyn) & Barley Wine (NCB)
