5 kW. 5,000 brews later. 5 kW marks brew number 5,000 here at the old Luma factory. To celebrate, we brewed a barrel-aged stout with, you guessed it, five ingredients starting with K in Swedish: coconut flakes, coffee, cherries, coconut palm sugar and cacao nibs. After nine months in oak barrels and a touch of vanilla, the result is a dark, full-bodied stout with notes of coffee, cacao, coconut, cherry and vanilla. A milestone in liquid form.
