Our most dry hopped IPA, with a generous 16 grams per litre. The hops are Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, El Dorado and Citra.

J.A.C.K. is one of the firsts beers we brewed, named after the OG brewers —Josefine, Anders, Chris and Kalle— did a pretty good job, eh? 
And the best thing? It's sessionable but still with a lot of flavours, win win!

A classic Kellerbier is an unfiltered, bottom-fermented lager beer. Our version takes this idea and runs with it. Our version tries to be the best damn Kellerbier in the world.

Using pilsner malt beside Perle and Mittelfruh hops from the Hallertau region of Germany and Czech Saaz, we produce a higher than usual ABV, golden-coloured lager with a strong malty, bready backbone. The big floral, herbal hop aroma is followed by refreshingly bold bitterness and elegantly rounded malt flavours.

Might be the best beer we ever brewed.

We had to make a big deal of our 100th brew, which came out about a year after we opened up in our converted old Luma light bulb factory. 

100W, a name that pays tribute to light bulb lingo, is super pale and unfiltered. 

The first thing that hits you in the nose are notes of grapefruit and lemon zest. On the palate, fruits come forward – orange, gooseberry and blueberry notes. The malt sweetness in the front of the mouth gives way to a growing, snappy, lingering bitterness, that itself tails off into a dry finish and a thirst for more.

We thought this was such a successful 100th brew that we’ve kept brewing this delicious recipe.

A light lager beer, brewed with rice and barley. Malty taste with hints of light bread, jasmine rice, honey and citrus. Clean, crisp and fresh!

A wonderfully butterscotch Brown Ale with caramel and fudge notes complemented by a slight sweetness and hints of salty liquorice.

Full bodied with a slight alcoholic heat, making it a lovely, rich and full beer that warms you up in the winter darkness.

A hoppy, fruity taste with a clear bitterness. It has notes of passionfruit, mango, apricot, oranges, rosmary and grapefruit. Served at 10-12°C to drink together with food.

SUPERKELLER is a declaration of love for our Kellerbier, which with its golden and unfiltered fullness has become a great favorite among many. It is brewed with floor-malted malt, German hops and a lot of love from our original brewers. Enjoy with a good piece of food, some snacks or just as a refreshing beer. This is the beer that suits most occasions.

The best of two worlds! A light and sparkling beer brewed with light pilsner and wheat malt, Sauvignon Blanc grapes and Champagne Yeast. A fruity, dry and sour beer that pairs well with the most. But of course especially with oysters!

Halo started as a collab brew together with our sister brewery London Fields Brewery. A sour, pink and fruity beer brewed with 20 % raspberry puré that gives the deep pink colour and fruity taste. A pinch of lemon zest in the brew and Halo was complete!

Yellow with a light straw haze, moderate mouthfeel, moderate bitterness and white foam. Slight notes of bready malt as well as notes of citrus, stone fruit, white grape and lime.

New England IPA. Straw yellow with a white foam and heavy haze. Notes of bready malt with a medium mouthfeel and aromas of Citrus, white grape, stone fruit, pineapple, watermelon, and light pine. Moderate bitterness with a lingering finish.

Saison with Thai spices. Straw yellow in color with a white foam and light haze. Moderate Bitterness with a crisp finish. Phenoic (peppery) and estery (fruity) from saison yeast as well as light lime, lemon, and herbal notes from spices.
Additives: Lemongrass, Lime Leaves, Galang Root, Thai Basil.		

A crisp and clean Pilsner. Straw yellow with a white foam, slight haze, and moderate bitterness. Balance of malt, floral, and fruity aromas. Light, positive sulphur notes.					

Deep Yellow/ Golden in Color with a white foam. Notes of bready malt and earthy hops as well as slight grape and strawberry notes. Moderate bitterness and body with a slightly sweet finish.

Cold IPA, a fusion of West Coast and New England style IPAs, as well as the use of techniques from lager brewing. Brilliant (no haze) straw yellow with a white foam, crisp body, and present but balanced bitterness. Notes of Citrus, passion fruit, melon, and strawberry with a hint of dankness.

Hoppy Lager (noble dryhop). Golden yellow with a white foam and minimal haze. Notes of bready biscuit, citrus, grass, herbal, with a touch of sulfur from yeast. Medium bitterness with a crisp finish.

Fruited New England IPA. Light Orange with a white foam and heavy haze. Notes of bready malt with a medium mouthfeel and aromas of Mango,Citrus, white grape, stone fruit, pineapple, watermelon, and light pine. Moderate bitterness with a lingering finish.					


Post World War I Saison. Collaboration with Automagiskt Bryggeri. Straw yellow with a moderate haze and white foam. Notes of Phenolic/ pepper as well as light citrus from the yeast and herbal, grassy, white grape, and lemongrass from hops. Notes of bready- biscuit lead to a medium mouthfeel and present but balanced bitterness.					

					

Rich, fruity and complex Belgian dark strong ale.

Hazy IPA. Straw yellow in color with a white foam and heavy haze. Tropical notes of citrus, mango, pineapple, and watermelon. Medium mouthfeel with a balanced bitterness.

Spring Warmer style ale with Copper to light brown color and off white foam. Malty sweetness balanced by a moderate bitterness and lasting finish.

Fruited Sour with raspberry and blackcurrants.
